Assisted pilot
FinanceInbox is an early-access service intended for supervised evaluation. Features, limits and processing providers may change during the pilot with reasonable notice.
Human review is required
Extracted values and proposed accounting are suggestions. You remain responsible for verifying evidence, tax treatment, ledger selection and approvals. FinanceInbox does not provide legal, tax or audit opinions.
Evidence and authorization
You must have authority to upload and process the supplied records. Approved exports and Tally posting actions occur only after an authorized user acts in the workspace.
Availability and support
The pilot is provided with reasonable operational care but without a general-availability uptime commitment. We monitor stalled processing and provide an escalation path through Support.
Ending the pilot
You may export your data and request closure. FinanceInbox verifies deletion requests to protect accounting evidence from unauthorized or accidental removal.
