Include your Books name, the current page, document filename or ID, and what you expected to happen. Do not include passwords or OTPs.

Queued means the work is waiting safely. Reading and checking mean a processor is active. A failed or stalled item can be retried without re-uploading the original evidence.
Data requests
Signed-in workspace administrators can download a data inventory or submit a verified deletion request from Pilot & data controls.
